Toby is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in the main commercial real estate markets in the UK and France. He has a long career sourcing and underwriting ‘value add’ and “opportunistic” investment opportunities working at Capmark, SEGRO, Rynda and DTZ.
Toby has acquired numerous office and industrial investments and developments as both advisor and principal. Moreover, he has raised 3rd party equity and has fund managed US institutional equity to SEC standards. He is a FRICS Chartered Surveyor with strengths in joint ventures and real estate private equity.

Simon has over 25 years experience in the London property market, covering all sectors specialising in mixed commercial and residential schemes and was a practicing Chartered Surveyor for over 20 years.
With a long career at Savills as Head of the London Mixed Use Development, Simon was recognised as a leading advisor for several of the Capital’s most significant development projects. Simon moved to work with Central London developer Candy and Candy where he was a Director, here he continued to enhance his knowledge of the development process.
In 2015 he founded Stone/RE, a London based Development Management business. Stone/RE has managed a number of high profile development schemes with multiple partners.
